MDC Advisory consultants were asked to assess candidates for a senior supply chain leadership role as part of their recruitment & selection process. The client wanted us to assess both leadership capability and against the job and person descriptions to identify the best candidates from an experience perspective.
The candidates completed an online battery of psychometric tests including personality and cognitive ability assessments before meeting with our consultant for depth feedback interviews and psychometric assessment discussions.
The data was then benchmarked against comparators before being presented in a detailed feedback report to the client.
