Our Team

Matthew Davis
Managing Director

Matthew is an experienced leadership and business psychology consultant with over 20 years expertise in advising clients on all aspects of assessment and leadership development.

He has advised a diverse range of clients ranging from SME to FTSE 100 clients with projects, ranging from individual psychometric assessment to executive coaching and organisational development advisory.

Matthew has an MSc in Performance Management & Workplace Learning from The University of Leicester and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. He is also British Psychological Society qualified to administer and interpret a range of psychometric assessment tools.

Viv Sage

Throughout a career spanning 30 years, Viv has developed a close understanding of HR practices at all levels of business, with particular expertise in instigating and delivering organisational change.

He has led many corporate business development and assessment programmes and has carried out Board and departmental redesigns and restructures for multiple organisations.

Since 2009, Viv has been working at a director level within Corporate businesses, most notably winning the FDF Good Employer Award (2014) and the Mayor of London’s Healthy Workplace Award (2013) for innovation in Employee Support programmes.

Viv’s particular expertise is helping fast growing organisations benefit in their recruitment and development through intelligent use of psychometrics.

Stephen’s extensive consulting experience embraces leadership and organisational assessment; leadership advisory and talent management; functional and business transformation; change implementation and performance improvement. 

He has worked across a wide range of sectors for over twenty-five years delivering high quality, value-adding projects (from contract negotiation to proposal to delivery). Latterly, this has been as a consultant, for a well-established executive head-hunter working mainly with FTSE 100 to 300 organisations (or similar). 

Previously, he had a proven track record as a consultant in Operational Risk, Supply Chain and in one of the “Big Four” consultancies. Stephen’s very early career was in Medicine and as a Chartered Psychologist is a member of the relevant professional bodies.
